I’ve been doing things over the past few days, but I haven’t taken time to blog. Here is a list of the things I’ve done besides normal life stuff.

Finished Peek Babies Q

Started a Small Mandala

I drew a mandala design on paper as a guide.
I drew a representation on a piece of cotton fabric with a fabric marking pen.

Thought About My Next Piece

This is a close up of a sea urchin. I want to do a series of quilts looking magnified images of natural objects.

Entered Two Pieces in the Fiber February Show at RFS

The Shape of Things was dyed with an indigo plant in the shibori method. The square are birch bark from my land.
The Lion Sleeps Tonight was also dyed with an indigo plant using the shibori method.

It’s a bit hard to blog everyday, especially when I’ve been working in the studio all day. However, I am going to start making time at the end of the day to keep blogging. So, I’m up-to-date, but just a bit late on a few posts. : ) I’ll try to do better.
