I have been trying to get started working by 9 AM and finish by 5 PM. That seems to be working unless I have an appointment or some task to carry out. This morning it was trying to get the prescriptions set up on our new medical insurance. I spent and hour on that. So, really, I got started at 10 AM today instead of 9. I have a lot of large items for my shows, but not enough smaller items. So, I decided to do some 4″ embroidered mandalas. I draw a design on white or black fabric and stitch it in the opposite color. I also add beads where I feel each needs it. There is a rose quartz bead in the center of each piece. This series will be called the Rose Quartz Mandala series.
