    Yesterday I had a doctor’s appointment in the morning, so I got a late start. I worked exclusively on R peek babies. “R is for Rachel who peeked around a royal rapping rabbit.” I didn’t have much trouble with this, but for some reason I wrote the phrase on a slant and the letters sort of went into the castle in the background.     Mandalas and Urchins

    I have a lot of large items for my shows, but not enough smaller items. So, I decided to do some 4″ embroidered mandalas. I draw a design on white or black fabric and stitch it in the opposite color. I also add beads where I feel each needs it. There is a rose quartz bead in the center of each piece. This series will be called the Rose Quartz Mandala series. I finished Mandala 1 and started Mandala 2. I was thinking of selling these individually for $40 each. I also think it would be cool to do a…
