This piece is just pure fun. I had the cat background and a lot of colorful fabric, so I decided to put them together. The humor here is birds and cats are not friends. : ) The bird is appliqued onto the cat material background. The eyes were watercolored.
Add some beads, and he’s on his way to the party.
